We do our best to test LexGo and put it through its paces, but sometimes the internet can be flaky.
If you're having issues with a conversation, here are a few things we suggest trying:
- Check your audio/video selections and permissions
- Leave the room and come back
- Log out and log back in
- Quit and restart the browser or app
If problems still persist or if you're experiencing problems with LexGo loading properly:
- Restart your device
- Empty your browser data cache
To empty your browser cache:
- Visit chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
- Make sure the checkmark for "Cached Images and Files" is enabled
- Tap "Clear data"
