Troubleshooting Tips

We do our best to test LexGo and put it through its paces, but sometimes the internet can be flaky.


If you're having issues with a conversation, here are a few things we suggest trying:


  • Check your audio/video selections and permissions
  • Leave the room and come back
  • Log out and log back in
  • Quit and restart the browser or app


If problems still persist or if you're experiencing problems with LexGo loading properly:


  • Restart your device
  • Empty your browser data cache


To empty your browser cache:




  1. Visit chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
  2. Make sure the checkmark for "Cached Images and Files" is enabled
  3. Tap "Clear data"
